Demo-ready in under a minute
Use the LocoLink Store Demo cockpit on a shop iPad or iPhone so customers can test the app without changing your own project. Use the built-in demo or save your own shop preset with your layout, starting state, command station profile and source-aware reservations.
Recommended for the counter: customers can explore the app while hardware commands stay blocked.
Enable hardware commands only after the shop command station is configured and the test layout is supervised by staff.
Save your own layout, command station profile and starting position as a reusable demo preset.
Build the demo plan with Märklin C, PIKO A, Kato Unitrack or generic pieces, then use Rail Geometry Doctor to catch open connectors, overlaps, mixed systems and copy a shop article list.
Bundle waybills into a demo operating session with readiness checks, car roster, shareable crew packet and location-based switch lists with pick-up and set-out checkoffs.
Run route readiness, virtual train timelines, fake sensor edges, fault drills and log replay before live hardware is enabled.
After a reset or power loss, confirm occupied blocks, clear stuck sensors, cancel open orders and unlock routes before going live again.

Install or update LocoLink on the demo device.

Open More > Setup & Health > Store Demo cockpit.

Choose the built-in demo or save a shop preset from your own layout, then tap Start Store Demo.

Tap Reset Store Demo after each customer so the selected preset starts clean again.
Tip: keep Guided Access enabled on the device during busy shop days, so customers stay inside LocoLink while testing.
