Is there really no subscription?

Correct. LocoLink is a one-time purchase. You buy it once, own it forever, and receive free updates. We don't believe in charging model railroaders monthly for software they've already paid for.

Can I try before I buy?

Absolutely. The free version gives you full access to 2 locomotives, 4 turnouts, and 2 signals. That's enough to test the app thoroughly with your Z21 setup before deciding to upgrade.

Do I need separate purchases for iOS and macOS?

Yes, iOS and macOS are separate purchases on the App Store. However, with iCloud Sync, your data (locomotives, routes, settings) syncs automatically between all your devices — so you only need to set things up once.

Which command stations are compatible?

LocoLink supports all major command stations: Roco/Fleischmann Z21, ESU ECoS, Märklin Central Station 2 & 3, DCC-EX, and more. All command stations are available in every tier, including the free version.

Can I upgrade later and only pay the difference?

Yes! You can always upgrade to a higher tier and only pay the price difference. For example, if you bought Lite (€29) and want Standard (€59), you pay just €30 for the upgrade. You never pay double.

When will Pro be available?

Will there be more features in the future?
