LocoLink offers a free version so you can try all core features before purchasing. We encourage you to thoroughly test the app before buying a license.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be granted. It supplements (and does not limit) any statutory rights you have as a consumer under EU law.
LocoLink is digital content (software). By purchasing and receiving your license key, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day EU right of withdrawal once the license key has been delivered. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
Because LocoLink offers a free version to try before purchasing, refunds on paid licenses are generally not available once the license key has been delivered and activated. We recommend testing the free version thoroughly before upgrading.
However, we may consider a refund in the following cases:

Monthly and annual subscriptions:
Lifetime licenses are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered and activated, as they provide permanent access to the software including all future updates.

We aim to respond within 1 business day and process refunds within 5 business days. The refund returns to the original payment method (card, iDEAL, PayPal, etc.) — typically visible on your bank statement within 5–10 business days.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store (iOS, iPadOS, macOS) are governed by Apple's refund policy and are processed by Apple, not Weto Media. To request an App Store refund:
Apple typically grants refunds within 14 days for any reasonable request. If Apple declines and you bought within our 30-day window, contact us — we may be able to help via a complimentary licence on a non-Apple platform as a goodwill gesture.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first — we'll always try to make it right. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us costs both of us money and time, and may result in your licence being suspended pending investigation. Chargebacks are also taken into account when re-issuing licences.
Refunds are not generally available in the following cases:
